Early in the month, one of our dough sheeters and one of our dough mixers broke down at the same time, which temporarily put extra strain on the team.
Quality always comes first for us, though, so we sourced new machines within a short time, and pizza-making is back to running at full capacity.
Thanks to the new equipment, our pizzas in Szolnok will be made at an even more consistent quality going forward.
🍕 New limited-edition pizzas on the menu
In February we expanded our menu with two new limited-edition pizzas.
The Favorite pizza joined the menu, along with the premium-flavored Truffle pizza.
Both newcomers got especially positive feedback from our guests, which is always the most important confirmation for us. It's great to see the new flavors quickly becoming favorites among pizza fans ordering in Szolnok.
👨🍳 Our team grew too
In February, one of our colleagues changed jobs for family reasons, and illnesses also made scheduling more difficult.
On the bright side, our job posting attracted several applicants, and the Pizza Home Szolnok team welcomed two new colleagues, who are already actively strengthening our day-to-day operations.
We're back to working at full staff now.
🚗 Getting ready for the spring pizza season
Home delivery is a top priority for us, so in February all four of our delivery cars went through a full clean-up and inspection.
